Pancake Day

Last Tuesday it was Shrove Tuesday and we made pancakes with the other grade 3/4 class.

To make the pancakes we needed:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 a cup of milk
  • 1/2 a cup of self raising flour

We mixed the egg, sugar, milk and self raising flour together and then put it in the pan.

The pancakes were delicious and we all had a good time except for Mary because her pancake was NOT cooked!

That was really cool that you got to make pancakes. I wish we could do that sometime. I bet they were yummy. They looked really good! I am from Falmouth, Massachusetts, which is in America. I have a class with 23 children counting me. Our blog has links, too!
